By completing this course and passing the test you will be considered a trained operator for your UST facility.  Class will begin at 9:00 am and end around 3:00 pm, and will be held in room 1210.  You should bring a pencil to class.  

A primary operator (Class A/B) is responsible for State and Federal underground storage tank regulatory requirements concerning the day-to-day aspects of operating, maintaining, and recordkeeping for one or more UST facilities. The primary operator must have a general knowledge of the UST compliance requirements listed in 15A NCAC 2N, Criteria and Standards Applicable to Underground Storage Tanks. The primary operator must be an employee of the entity that owns or operates the USTs at the facility. Contractors con not be a primary operator.
